1:1 Trauma-Informed Life Coaching
Details:
I will walk you through a step by step 1:1 program to help you:
- Identify pattern behavior that are holding you back.
- Understand where it came from and how it impacts your life.
- Develop goals and actionable plans.
- Practice various mental exercises and intervention strategies to overcome your emotional struggles.
- Measure progress to celebrate your success.
Primary Focus:
- Compassion cultivation ( for self and others)
- Cognative reframing
- Mindfulness
- Happiness Intervention Exercises
Sessions: 1 hour once a week (frequency can be adjusted upon request). Recommended length is 6 sessions.
